      The directory displays active students and employees for the current term only. If you need access to additional data, please submit a Service Desk ticket with ITS.

      Updating Your Directory Information

      Several offices on campus have partnered to create the Campus Directory as a resource. If you see something wrong, please let us know! Here are some tips:

      Some information is in your power to update via Banner! Here are the Banner Guidelines.

      • First, Go to Banner Self-Service on MyIWU
      • In Banner, select Personal Information
      • To fix an incorrect address:
        • There is a section called "Address" - If there is already an entry for "On-Campus - Office" - click the delete icon and then select the "Add New" icon on the right side of the Address section.
        • If there is not an Office address, click the plus symbol by "Add New"
        • PO Box 2900 should be entered into the Address Line 1 field. Zip code should be 61702.
        • The building should be entered into the field labelled "Address Line 2"
        • The room should be entered into the field labelled "Address Line 3"
        • Address Line 4 is optional.
        • Enter today's date in the "valid date" field.
      • To fix an incorrect phone number:
        • There is a section called "Phone Number". If there is already an entry for "On-Campus Office Phone," click the delete icon and then select the "Add New" icon on the right side of the Phone Number section.
        • If there is not an on "campus - office phone," click the "Add New" button.
      • Want to change your preferred name? Use "My Profile > Personal Information" at Banner Self-Service to make changes.
      • Data in Banner is pushed to the website each morning. Updates/Corrections made in Banner should appear on the website the following day.
      • If incorrect information is still displaying in the directory, please submit a Service Desk request with ITS and ask it to be assigned to the Enterprise Systems team.
